What a regular office clean covers
A regular visit takes care of what people touch and use every day. Desks and counters get wiped, trash and recycling go out, and bathrooms get cleaned top to bottom. In the kitchen or break room we do the sink, the counters and the appliance fronts, and then the floors get vacuumed or mopped.
Some spots make an office look dirty even right after a clean, because they are easy to skip. Door handles, light switches, the baseboards under desks and the glass on the front door all go on our list from the start.
Regular visits keep dirt from building up
Dirt in a busy office builds in layers. Hand oil on desks and door handles, coffee drips in the break room, grit ground into the carpet by the door. Leave it a few weeks and it takes a deep clean to get back to where regular visits would have kept it.
How often you need us depends on how many people use the space and how much comes in off the street. A small office up a flight of stairs is not the same job as a ground floor space on Fordham Road. We work that out with you when we see it.
Eco friendly cleaning for your office
If strong cleaning smells give people in your office headaches, ask for our eco friendly cleaning. It uses gentler products, which also makes sense around a kitchen or anywhere food is kept.
Heavy grease and years of buildup can take longer with gentler products. If a spot needs something stronger, we will tell you before we use it.
We clean across New York
Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday to Sunday Closed. Outside those hours use the form and we answer the next working day.

We work in Bronx, Spuyten Duyvil, Kingsbridge, Fieldston, Kingsbridge Heights, Riverdale, University Heights, Bedford Park, Fordham and The Bronx. If you are just outside that, call and ask, we will tell you straight.
Most of our work is office and commercial cleaning. We also do one-time jobs like deep cleans and move in cleaning. Tell us about your space and we will tell you whether it is a job we take on.
A regular clean keeps up the surfaces people use every day, like desks, counters, bathrooms and floors. A deep clean goes after the buildup underneath: grout, baseboards, the tops of door frames, inside cabinets and behind appliances. Most spaces need one deep clean first, then regular visits to keep them there.
After the last trade has finished, including the painter and whoever does the floors. If we clean while sanding is still going on, the dust comes straight back. Fine dust also keeps settling out of the air for a while, so a second pass a few days later is often worth it.
